Executive Operations Manager (Second-In-Command)

Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week to start, with a clear path to full-time capacity)

Location: Mt. Juliet / Greater Nashville Area (Hybrid — SuccessLab HQ)

We are looking for an exceptional Second-in-Command (2IC) to step in as the primary operational extension of the Founder. This role is designed for a rising leader who wants to grow alongside a expanding enterprise. The goal is clear: master the operations, take complete ownership of day-to-day execution, and scale into a full-time leadership role where you remove the bottleneck entirely.

What You Will Own & Drive

The Executive Bridge: Serve as the strategic right-hand to the Founder—taking high-level vision, translating it into actionable systems, and ensuring it gets walked out across all business entities. Immediately step into leading our core partner management

Team & Technical Oversight: Direct and hold accountable our specialized teams across web development, content production, fulfillment, and customer support. You don't need to write code, but you must be digitally fluent enough to understand online architecture, interface smoothly with engineers/webmasters, and troubleshoot tech challenges when they arise.

Business Analytics & Financial Health: Regularly review performance data, web traffic, and sales metrics, providing executive summaries and operational insights. Oversee routine financial workflows, vendor management, and payroll execution.

SuccessLab HQ Presence: Maintain an on-site leadership presence at SuccessLab HQ two days a week to anchor local workflows and team collaboration.

Locally Based: Residing in or near the Mt. Juliet / Greater Nashville area.

This position starts at 20 hours a week to ensure a strategic, high-impact fit. Within the next year, the goal is for this role to scale into a full-time partnership where you are fully empowered to run the operational engine, allowing leadership to focus entirely on horizon-level expansion.
