Thanks for hanging with these changes.  The next couple of weeks are going to be really good.  We will set up systems so that everything is so much more efficient.

Sorry for the long video, but I wanted to make sure that I said the tough things that needed to be said and the good things that also need to be said.

You ladies have amazing hearts.  I am hoping this helps to get your skill level in greater for bigger and better things.
